St Aloysius College Sixth Form is a post-secondary Jesuit institution aimed at preparing students for further and higher education. Our mission as a school community is to enable young people entrusted to our care, to develop their full potential through an Ignatian education in a caring environment.
We strive to empower students to develop integrally as responsible and self -giving persons by attaining intellectual competence, fostering critical thinking, deepening their spiritual and moral values, and strengthening their growth in faith and social commitment.
Admissions
Admissions policy for St Aloysius College Sixth Form
St Aloysius College Sixth Form would like to inform the general public that in these unprecedented circumstances, they continue to be in ongoing communication with Education Authorities including MATSEC.
Revised admission criteria for entry into Church-run sixth forms for academic year starting September 2020 will be established in due course by them, once discussions mature further. We kindly ask the general public to patiently allow educational institutions the space and time required to validly and justly respond to the current context.

Sixth Form Chaplaincy

The Sixth Form Chaplaincy aims to accompany students during their stay at St Aloysius’ College Sixth Form. The Chaplaincy Team is made up of a lay chaplain and a Jesuit. Together they create opportunities for students to reflect and grow in their spiritual life.
Apart from the celebration of daily liturgy, the sacrament of reconciliation and adoration, the team also organises Soul Space. This is a day retreat for all students, held twice a year, in which students can reflect about their life and explore questions about faith and spirituality.
Another important aspect of Chaplaincy is cura personalis, a Jesuit term for ‘care for the whole person’ and respect for all that makes up each individual.
The Chaplaincy also provides a warm and welcoming space for students to relax and feel at home.
The Social Responsibility Programme and the Voluntary Work Programme for students are organised by the Chaplaincy.
